This is my first blog and it is exciting to get this going! Our store has been having more fun lately with Michele and her watercolor classes... more and more beginners are coming to join us and finding that watercolor is fun! You can see what has been going on at: www.justwatercolor.blogspot.com As I get better at this we will be adding photos and demos to the blog as well as offering products for sale with payment via paypal. This is a learning experience for me and I know I can do it. Our card classes have been busy too, with 7
These cards were done with Adirondack dye reinkers in a spritz bottle..I really like the way the colors blend and play with each other! To use the reinkers for spritzing you must dilute them with water... about two inches of water in a small bottle with three good hard squirts of the ink. Shake it up well and go for it... Combining colors that are close to each other works best. So if you use Butterscotch, Red Peper and Cranberry you will get a beautiful red to orange color..We have the reinkers and the bottles and I will gladly publish the recipes for some of the color combinations that work for me. Let me know at: That's all for now, tune in again for more fun at the Picture Attic!
